Why You Should Attend

The Convening is built for collaboration and post-event action - with firestarter-style inspiration, facilitated roundtables, report-outs, and action agendas focused on sustainability and societal impact. You’ll leave with a sharper shared language, concrete tools, and new partnerships that help your organization move faster—together—on the issues we all care about.

Insights and outcomes will be graphically recorded in both pictures and words, providing a unique experience for cross-sector leaders to engage in active learning.

Key Questions to Explore

  • How can we leverage this gathering of like-minded stakeholders to shape a shared agenda for sustainability and social impact, both locally and globally?
  • What can emerge when diverse voices - corporate, academic, governmental, international, and civic - come together in dialogue?

Meet Our Keynote Speaker

Jens Molbak, founder of NewImpact, will kick off the day with a dynamic keynote on Tri-Sector Innovation (TSI) - a practical framework for unlocking solutions by aligning and repurposing resources across the private, public, and social sectors.

Jens is a leading voice in advancing TSI as a pathway for organizations to thrive while contributing to the greater good. He has shared this work at global forums, business schools, and the United Nations, inspiring leaders to pursue approaches that expand both social and economic opportunity.

A Seattle native, Jens is an avid hiker, backcountry skier, and landscape architecture enthusiast. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a B.A. from Yale University.

Agenda

The day is organized around three segments - Healthcare, Workforce Development, and Sustainable Cities - each guided by a central framing question and designed to generate practical insights and cross-sector solutions. Together, participants will move from inspiration to collaboration to action, contributing ideas that will be synthesized and shared throughout the event.
