On-Campus Accommodations

The housing registration deadline of May 31, 2026, has passed. A limited number of on-campus accommodations remain available for conference attendees. Remaining rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

All accommodations are located in LMU’s suite-style residence halls. Each suite includes:

Two Twin-XL size beds
A shared bathroom between two adjoining suites
Basic furnishings
Walking distance to the conference

Attendees may choose between:

Shared Room: $106/night
Single Room: $187/night

Attendees interested in securing on-campus housing are encouraged to complete their reservation as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee housing after all rooms are booked.

Transportation Options

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is 10 minutes from the LMU campus. A variety of transportation options are available to get you to campus:

Airport shuttles: Many hotels near LAX provide complimentary shuttle services to and from the airport.
Rideshare services, such as Uber and Lyft, are widely available. A ride from LAX hotels to LMU campus typically costs between $15-$25.
Taxi services are also available.

Shuttle Service

LMU will provide shuttle service for hotels serving the largest number of World Forum delegates from July 12 to July 15. There are two stops for Shuttle 1 and one stop for Shuttle 2 based on where delegates are concentrated. Most hotels are within a 5-minute walk of the Shuttle 1 stops.

Hotel June will be on Shuttle 2 for round-trip service to LMU. If participating in the optional excursion, shuttles will bring delegates to campus, and they will have the option to return to their hotel that evening or be dropped off at the Santa Monica Pier and use Uber/Lyft/taxi to return to their hotel.

Shuttle 1:

Stop 1 (East): Pick up at the Hilton LAX — delegates from the Marriott, Residence Inn, and Embassy Suites walk ~2–4 min. to pick-up spot. Holiday Inn delegates walk ~8 min.
Stop 2 (West): Pick up at the Hyatt — delegates staying at H Hotel can easily walk next door to pick-up spot.
