For attendees seeking a budget-friendly and immersive experience, on-campus housing is available.
All accommodations are located in LMU’s suite-style residence halls. Each suite includes:
- Two Twin-XL size beds
- A shared bathroom between two adjoining suites
- Basic furnishings
- Walking distance to the conference

- Shared Room: $106/night
- Single Room: $187/night
Reminder: Reserve On-Campus Housing by May 31
On-campus housing for the conferences is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly encourage guests to reserve accommodations by May 31, as rooms are expected to fill quickly and may no longer be available after that date.
