What is something you found valuable about your CBA Advantage experience?
Taking the time to reflect about everything I did for CBA helped it stick in my mind much better. Even just going through my notes about the event (or recalling everything that was discussed) helped those lessons stick, which allows me to remember what I learned and did even today.
What advice do you have for students as they complete their CBA Advantage requirements?
If you go to an event that has a reflection form, do it ASAP. If you attend any event, fill out that reflection the moment you get back home- or better yet, stay in the room for a few minutes afterwards and at least get a head start on it, if possible. It takes 10 minutes to do, and you don't want to forget about those points and miss them.
What was your favorite activity related to CBA Advantage?
If we're talking CBA Advantage, then I enjoyed the asynchronous videos that are offered at the beginning of the year. They have some great information and can be done anytime- they're a great pastime if you enjoy learning! My favorite part about them was their convenience.
How has CBA Advantage helped you in your academic and/or professional endeavors?
CBA Advantage has served as a way for me to both record and reflect on what I've learned and done. I have my Suitable scorecard link saved, so I can go back and review anything I've done- almost like a business diary.
