Individual Reservations for Both Hotels

• Rates applies 3 days before - after the event.
  
  
• Rates valid until May 21, 2023, subject to availability 
  • The preferred rate will be respected as long as it is reserved at least 24 hours before the arrival of the guest, in case a guest arrives without reservation at the hotel reception, the current public rate will be applied to the date of arrival.
  • It will be necessary to inform the name of the current event before to make any reservation, the rate’s event will be registered under the name Third Bottom-Up Immersion Subsistence Marketplaces Conference. as long as the contract is returned with a signature of conformity.
    
    
• All reservations required to be guaranteed with a credit card number, bank transfer or deposit.
  • All reservations that will not be guaranteed, will be automatically canceled at 6:00 p.m. from the day before the reservation date.
    
    
• Specific changes and cancellations are accepted 24 hours before the guest's arrival.
  • Any reservation that is canceled in less than 24 hours already established will cause a charge for the first night of stay, under the concept of "No-Show."
