BIZ Protocol

Order of Priority

1. CBA student companies
2. Classes
3. Events & event breakout rooms
4. Students who want to study in the main space (walk-ins)
5. Alumni and others across the university
6. Other

Office/Room Use

The only ones that will be able to brand the room will be CBA student companies that have funding and approval from David Choi and Dean Dayle Smith. The materials/items used to brand the office space must also be pre-approved before using.

Door Access

• VDA 030 is currently programmed to be open during work hours - this might change as the BIZ gets busier.
• CBA student companies will receive access to their specific room and storage if necessary
• Student workers can have access to storage room, if needed. If student no longer works with the BIZ, they should be removed.
• Entrepreneurship faculty can get OneCard access for the offices and storage as needed.
