Cassandra thrives at the nexus of entertainment, toys and science to expand human imagination and she has a talent for creating captivating brand stories that drive market penetration. 

She has successfully led corporate digital and social strategy, brand management, advertising and sales for Fortune 500 and world-recognized lifestyle brands like Mattel, NASA and Google. She has also worked with early stage start-ups in entertainment, tech, gaming, fashion, health and beauty, and social media. 

Cassandra started her career in rockets and aerospace at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory working in procurement and then project management with the Hubble Astronomy team. She then transitioned to Mattel, managing product innovation for six category lines from Fisher-Price to Girls Electronics. She started her own business in strategic branded promotions with clients like Discovery Kids, Seagrams and the Body Shop.  

She also led marketing for BSSP, an independent 175 person creative agency where she brought on board clients such as EA, Google, MINI, Zico, El Pollo Loco and Sara Lee.

Cassandra has served on non-profit boards such as Floating the Apple, a non-profit enabling city youth to build and rowboats on their waterways. To feed her passion for film, she's been an Advisor to the Method Fest, marketing Independent Film for 12 years, and has covered Sundance as a freelance writer for Ad Age. 

Cassandra earned her bachelor's of science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, completed graduate courses in Italy at Universita Commerciali, “Luigi Bocconi” and received her MBA in International Marketing, with top honors, at LMU.
