Dominique Hargreaves is ARA's Director, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility, leading firm-wide environmental, social, and governance plus resiliency (ESG+R) initiatives. Prior to joining ARA, Ms. Hargreaves worked for the Los Angeles Mayor's Office of Budget and Innovation where she was the Deputy Chief Sustainability Officer. Prior to that, she was Executive Director for the US Green Building Council in LA (USGBCLA) which is the premier sustainability non-profit organization in Southern California for action, education and engagement around sustainable buildings. During that period, she hosted the Greenbuild Conference and Expo in 2016 which brought 18,000 people to Los Angeles. Ms. Hargreaves has been honored with the Women in Sustainability Leadership Award from Green Building and Design magazine and the Heart of the Chapter Award from the USGBCLA.
Ms. Hargreaves has over 10 years of experience and earned a B.S. degree from Loyola Marymount University.
