Dayle Smith, Ph.D., Dean and Professor, Leadership and Organizational Behavior, College of Business Administration
Dayle M. Smith leads strategy for executive, graduate and undergraduate programs in LMU's College of Business Administration. She was named to the international collaborative of deans and directors of the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative (GRLI) to engage in dialogue and joint initiatives focused on developing responsible leadership and business practice worldwide, and serves on the GRLI Board of Trustees.
Dayle is one of the founding deans of the Women in Business Education (WiBE) organization and a co-founder of Lexingford Publishing Company. Currently, she is President Elect for the International Association of Jesuit Business Schools and is appointed to the Innovation Taskforce for the AACSB. Dayle has been named to the LA 500 “Most Influential People in Los Angeles” in both 2020 and 2021 by the Los Angeles Business Journal and was a finalist for "Executive of the Year" at the 2021 Women’s Leadership Awards.
