Devra Schwartz, Vice President of Operations, Los Angeles Homeland Security Advisory
Devra Schwartz leads programmatic efforts designed to enhance the resilience and preparedness of the Los Angeles region. She previously served as the assistant chief of emergency management and administration at LMU and emergency management coordinator at the City of Los Angeles Emergency Management Department. Schwartz earned her B.A. at the University of California, Berkeley, and her M.S. at the University of Washington, Seattle.
