Brian Patrick Green leads various initiatives including the Ethics in Tech Practice corporate applied ethics curriculum, the Partnership on Artificial Intelligence to Benefit People and Society, The Tech Museum of Innovation in San Jose, the SCU Technology and Ethics Faculty Group, the SCU Ethics Bowl team, the Markkula Center’s Environmental Ethics Fellows, and teaching ethics in SCU’s School of Engineering. Green’s undergraduate degree is in genetics from the University of California, Davis and he has doctoral and master’s degrees in ethics and social theory from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley.
