Odoba is a Senior Biology major raised between Lagos, Nigeria, and Stamford, Connecticut. Her roots in Science and a deep passion for justice steer her toward a future in Public Health. Being part of the SDG  ambassador program is her way of shining a light on goals that can make a direct and indirect impact on global well-being. With a keen eye on sustainability, Odoba zeroes in on healthcare access and affordability. Currently leading the African Student Association at Loyola Marymount University, she believes in the power of community building to unveil and tackle inequities within our societies. Her research project for the last three years at LMU focus of the effect of the FDA guidelines - specifically on dairy - on different minority groups in the United States. Odoba's goal is simple but impactful – to spread awareness about the SDGs and make them a seamless part of everyone's daily lives. She's on a mission to educate, with the ultimate aim of integrating these goals into our everyday routines.
