Crystal Lee, P.E. M.S.C.E., ENV-SP, SHRM - Deputy Executive Director: Airport Development Group, Sustainability, Energy, Environmental and Development Services, Los Angeles World Airports

Crystal Lee is the Deputy Executive Director of Los Angeles World Airports LAWA), City of Los Angeles. She oversees the Sustainability, Energy, Environment, Development Services (S.E.E.D.S) Department, where she is the Chief Sustainability Officer, Energy and Resilience Planning and Strategy Lead, Environmental Compliance leader, and Executive in charge of Construction Inspection, Construction Logistics, Construction Safety, and Airport Development Administration. She is also a Deputy Engineer with the City of Los Angeles.

Before working at LAWA, she was a Principal Civil Engineer at the City of Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering, where she was the Development Services Manager for Harbor District and Landside Access Modernization Program. She managed multi-agency coordination, Council District support, and constituent support, and projects such as the Wastewater Capital Improvements Program.
