Susan is a Principal at Monitor Deloitte, she has had the privilege of shaping the strategic direction of renowned organizations in the media and entertainment, consumer products/retail, and technology industries. She thrives in leading broad-scale organizational change and fueling growth through global branding, customer experience, and digital transformation.

She is energized by working alongside forward-thinking executives, steering transformative agendas, and collaborating with them turn visionary goals into actionable, impactful programs. Her deep understanding of the nuances of change—across people, processes, and technology—combined with her ability to navigate the complex dynamics of leadership, talent, and culture, has empowered her to successfully lead numerous enterprise-wide transformations during my 25+-year career.

Recently, she has taken on the role of Sustainability Leader within Deloitte’s US Purpose and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Office. This new challenge allows her to extend my commitment to social impact by driving the US climate strategies in sync with Deloitte’s global efforts. In this role, she is focused on creating innovative solutions that advance sustainability aspirations for her people, clients, and society.

She has a dual Master’s degrees in Social Psychology and Education from the University of Pennsylvania, with a special focus on Organizational Behavior from Wharton. Beyond her professional life, she is committed to educational and workforce development, serving on the boards of the Posse Foundation and the Cayton Children’s Museum.
