Kendra Jones MBA '99, LLS '99, Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer of Epson America, Inc.
As Epson’s Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer, Jones is in charge of overseeing legal matters and environmental/sustainability programs in the U.S., Canada and Latin America that impact Epson's business and broad portfolio of consumer and commercial products. As CLO, she oversees all legal matters including legal support for commercial transactions, marketing and sponsorships (LPGA), compliance, labor/employment, litigation, corporate governance and brand protection. As CSO, she is also responsible for development and implementation of strategies to integrate sustainability principles into Epson’s business as well as environmental regulatory compliance. Jones is also a member of Epson America’s executive team, compliance committee, audit committee, culture committee and focused giving committee.
