What was the a-ha moment that led you to apply to LMU’s Graduate Business School?
I worked for a big real estate developer which was an amazing experience. After a decade, I started to wonder what else I could do and what skills I could develop more. I’m a problem solver and my interests lie in finding data patterns and how to use data to come up with solutions to problems.

What do you hope to accomplish with your degree?
My ideal route is consulting in the real estate industry. In real estate, there’s a common adage: “If you build it they will come.” However, the industry still needs to take advantage of data analytics to best understand clients and renters, find the vacancies and keep markets from over-development.

What class or professor did you particularly enjoy?
The classes were all challenging but I appreciated how Dr. Aidin Namin of “Strategic Data Integration” broke the subject matter down and made our work in Excel easily understandable.

What do you love most about Los Angeles?
I grew up in L.A. and what I value most is the diversity and the open-minded attitudes of Angelenos. I also love seeing local theater.
