After the sale, the Pickett Family set out to create a flavor development company that does things differently and started Flavor Insights. Flavor Insights, consisting of flavor development specialists, analytical team, and sales team guides its clients from concept to commercialization (including customer research, product ideation, reformulation, and testing) to help them launch successful products.
