Jose Garcia joined LMU as assistant director of the Fred Kiesner Center for Entrepreneurship in summer 2022. He is a native of South Central L.A. who specializes in connecting local underserved talent to opportunities in the tech industry. He's also worked to make mental health education more accessible for underserved communities. Jose obtained his bachelor's degree in psychology from LMU. While a student, he served as president of the Entrepreneurship Society.
