Tami Halton Pardee is an entrepreneur and philanthropist with an unrivaled expertise in real estate. As founder and CEO of Pardee Properties, Tami has built an acknowledged real estate company comprised of specialized teams creating life-changing client experiences. As a result of her vision and tenacity, the company has sold over $5 billion worth of residential and commercial properties since its inception in 2004.
Pardee has been recognized by The Hollywood Reporter’s list of Top Real Estate Agents (2015-2018), the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of “Los Angeles’ 500 Most Influential People."
Realizing the importance of giving back, Tami also founded the Life Change Warrior program to directly impact the lives of those in need. In recognition of her work as both an entrepreneur as well as her focus on charity, Good Housekeeping presented Tami with the Awesome Women Award and the Los Angeles Business Journal presented her with the Philanthropist of the Year Award.
One of the best aspects of the MBA program, Pardee says, was her time with Dr. Kiesner. “I just loved how he really encouraged us to just go for our dreams and not to put constraints on ourselves. He helped to open us up to so many possibilities.”
