Find Your Path

Many of our M.S. in Management students have just earned their bachelor's and want that extra bit of knowledge and additional skillset to make sure their resume stands out from the crowd. Others have a few years in the workforce under their belt and are ready to get the leg up they need to move their career forward. All of our students are ready and eager to find the career path that speaks to them.

Career and Professional Development

Career and Professional Development (CPD) is your on-campus resource for obtaining the knowledge, skills and professional contacts needed to succeed outside of the classroom. Even if you are fully employed and thrilled with your current job, CPD offers a wealth of information and learning opportunities that will be immensely valuable to you throughout your professional life.

Professional Development Course

Within the M.S. in Management curriculum, you will participate in a professional development course that focuses on career readiness, personal branding, and professional skill-building. Through a combination of self-assessment tools, career exploration activities, and practical workshops, students will develop a personalized career strategy and gain competencies in networking, communication, and workplace professionalism.
