In today's ever-changing entertainment business, it has become more competitive and complex than ever to enter the industry. LMU College of Business Administration and School of Film and Television have partnered to deliver the innovative Master in Entertainment Leadership and Management to help you shape the career you want in the world of entertainment.

The entertainment industry is a deeply collaborative space. To understand the industry is to understand and find balance between art and business, corporate and individual goals, creators and audiences. This program explores these relationships in a rigorous but efficient graduate degree, launching you into the industry prepared for the challenges you will face.

This program is designed for the following students:

  • The business professional who is either in the entertainment industry or wants to enter the entertainment industry and is ready to take the next step in their career.
  • The creative who wants to better understand the business side of entertainment and how to strategically advance their projects.
  • The international professional looking to understand and enter the global entertainment market.

Program Delivery and Schedule

The Master in Entertainment Leadership and Management can be completed in 12 months (fall, spring and summer) on a full-time basis or 24 months on a part-time basis; admission is offered for fall enrollment. 

Classes are offered weekdays and weeknights, and each class consists of 14–30 students.
