Artificial intelligence raises critical ethical questions about its impact on technology and society. Technology and its relationship with business and society are at an inflection point – requiring effective partnerships to manage challenges, engage with the evolving issues and maximize the opportunities for social good.

LMU's Institute for Business Ethics and Sustainability brought together industry and community leaders for an engaging dialogue about AI and its impact.

    Partnership on AI: Opportunities, Challenges and Social Responsibility

    A coalition of the world’s biggest tech companies (Apple, Amazon, DeepMind/Google, Facebook, IBM and Microsoft) and civil society organizations (EFF, ACLU, Amnesty, etc.), the Partnership on AI has 70+ partners in nine countries, working together to realize the promise of artificial intelligence. This interactive session examines their work and the challenges and opportunities of AI.

    Healthcare as a Model for Advancing Social Good
