Kristofer Nemalceff is pursuing a BBA with a double major in information systems & business analytics (ISBA) and finance at Loyola Marymount University. A lifelong passion for mathematics and analytical thinking has driven his interest in finance and investments. He is an active member of both the Finance Society and the Real Estate Society, where his involvement has helped deepen his interest in investment analysis, portfolio management, and real estate finance. He interned at Essex Property Trust, a publicly traded real estate investment trust in Irvine, California, where he worked as an associate supporting financial analysis and investment operations. Last fall, Kristofer spent the fall semester studying abroad in Madrid, Spain, where he expanded his global perspective on finance and European markets and immersed himself in Spanish culture. In his free time, he is an avid golfer and enjoys playing other sports, such as pickleball and tennis.
