Jasmine Daman is pursuing a BBA with a double major in finance and economics at Loyola Marymount University. Since the start of her sophomore year, Jasmine has worked as a budget analyst in the university’s finance division, gaining extensive expertise in forecasting and accounting. She also interned at Stifel Financial Corp. in New York City as a summer equity research associate, where she furthered her experience in equity research. Last year, she worked as a quantitative summer analyst at Lionchase North America, a private equity firm, where she developed multi-asset valuation models and built risk-adjusted return forecasts to guide investment decisions. Jasmine’s extracurricular activities include being an orientation leader, an Associated Students of LMU (ASLMU) board member, a Finance Society member, and a fixed-income and equity analyst for the Lion Cub Fund. Upon graduation, she plans to pursue a career in quantitative research or fixed income. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, she enjoys going to hot yoga, attending sporting events, exploring new restaurants in Los Angeles, and reading.
