Aydin Ahmed is pursuing a B.S. with a double major in accounting and finance, and a minor in mathematics at Loyola Marymount University. He serves as vice president of finance for the Finance Society, president of the International Business Society, and an officer of Beta Gamma Sigma, a business honor society. He is also a tutor for the LMU Accounting department and a senior equity analyst for the Lion Cub Fund. Aydin won both the stock pitch and the fixed income portfolio competitions. While he began his professional career in quantitative finance, he pivoted to investment banking and is working as a summer analyst with Macquarie Group’s Los Angeles team. Originally from Orange County, California, Aydin spends his free time playing golf, skiing, and going to the beach.
