The LMU M.S. in Management allows you the ability to complete your degree in as little as nine months as a full-time student or 2 years as a part-time student. We also offer LMU undergraduate students the opportunity for early admission to our full-time program with our 4+1 Program.

M.S. in Management students enrolled as a full-time student will complete their degree in nine months while taking 5 courses and participating in 1 workshop per semester (fall and spring) — 16 total units per semester.

Students enrolled as a part-time student will complete their degree in 2 years; all courses and workshops will be completed in the fall and spring semesters.

LMU 4+1 M.S. in Management Program

For LMU undergraduate students outside the College of Business Administration, we offer the ability to enroll early and earn your M.S. in Management while saving a substantial amount of money.

Students admitted into the 4+1 program intend to enroll in the M.S. in Management on a full-time basis immediately following their senior year at LMU. By taking 2 M.S. in Management courses during your senior year, 1 during the fall semester and 1 during the spring, these courses will count toward both your undergraduate and graduate degree. As your undergraduate tuition covers the cost of these graduate-level courses, you will save more than $8,000 in graduate tuition costs. Interested LMU students should apply for the 4+1 program in their junior year.

    • Current LMU junior outside the College of Business Administration who expects to graduate in May or August 2022.
    • Undergraduate GPA of 3.2 or higher strongly preferred; applicants with a lower GPA can strengthen their application with GMAT or GRE scores.
  • Please reference our general Application Requirements. Special considerations for 4+1 applicants are as follows:

    • LMU Transcript: Upload your unofficial LMU transcript directly into your online application. There is no need to request an official transcript.
    • Letters of Recommendation: We encourage you to submit 1 or 2 letters of recommendation from LMU faculty members or work supervisors that can assess your capabilities and leadership potential. Letters are not required, however, they can strengthen an application.

Applications for fall 2021 admission are due March 22, 2021. When applying, select "Management 4+1 (MS)" as your Program of Interest.
