LMU Executive Education + Training for Sisters

Empowering Sisters in Greater Los Angeles and Beyond

LMU College of Business Administration offers the “Financial Acumen & Stewardship Training for Sisters” program in collaboration with the Office of the Vicar for Women Religious of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. The program is designed for sisters responsible for financial decision-making, leadership, or stewardship within their communities and ministries.

We are grateful for the generous financial contributions from donors to the Mission Initiative and Social Impact Fund at the LMU College of Business Administration, which help subsidize program fees for participants.

The Financial Acumen & Stewardship Training for Sisters (FASTS) is designed to empower sisters with the financial, managerial, and entrepreneurial skills needed to sustain their ministries and serve their communities as effective stewards of temporal goods. This program deepens your knowledge of nonprofit management, accounting, and finance — fostering a resilient, flourishing community.

Format

On-campus at Loyola Marymount University's Westchester Campus. Each day concludes with Mass at 4:30 p.m., followed by an optional dinner.
