Joe O’Hannigan is a seasoned, bilingual executive with over 20 years of experience in international business and higher education. His wide skill set includes developing and driving strategy, managing and improving operations, assessing and training personnel, achieving and measuring impact, and providing data-driven program leadership.
O’Hannigan most recently served as a global consultant for a company he founded in Southern California called 4:11 Business Associates. Before that, he served as senior associate director of executive programs at University of Notre Dame where he worked with a team to transform the university’s Executive Education and EMBA programs. He also designed, created and delivered world-class, data-driven training in four continents.
Prior to working at Notre Dame, Joe co-founded Masco University, directed Masco Corporation’s global leadership program, and designed the program’s innovative curriculum with Michigan State University’s Eli Broad School of Business. He also developed and taught an Operations and Process Improvement course at Eastern Michigan University's MBA program.
After business school, Joe went into finance and accounting for Ford Motor Company and then moved into management as Vice President/Controller for the US Operating Unit of Learning Tree International.
Originally from Hawaii, Joe earned his MBA degree from the University of Notre Dame and a BBA from Loyola Marymount University. He earned certificates in value stream mapping, Kaizen facilitation, emotional intelligence (EQi) executive coaching, and PACT Facilitator (Polarity Approach to Continuity and Transformation) in strategic planning. He also holds a Six-Sigma Green Belt.
