Hogenauer Named Director for Student Organizations

The College of Business Administration recently name Prof. Alan Hogenauer as the Director for Students Organizations. Since the College builds strong relationships with the business community in order to create opportunities for students and professionals to interact, as director Hogenauer will aid student organizations by offering leadership and serving as a conduit to the business community.

“Having experienced first-hand the benefits of getting involved in active student organizations dealing with the ‘real world,’ I welcome this opportunity to work with the CBA community to better connect it to the Los Angeles community and foster valuable experiential and networking opportunities for the participants,” Hogenauer said.

Hogenauer will also be responsible for managing the structure and chartering of student organizations, ensuring that the student organizations represent both themselves and LMU well. He will also help students secure and work with faculty advisors for the various groups.

Working in conjunction with the CBA events coordinator, Nancy Donovan, Hogenauer will also help organize events, manage the CBA internship program, and help secure the appropriate corporate contacts and resources that will enable the organizations’ activities.
