Biography Gary Sibeck law expert who served as the Associate Dean of the College of Business Administration for 20 years and as Chair of the Marketing and Business Law Department for 10 years. Prior to his arrival at Loyola Marymount University, Sibeck taught at Western New Mexico University and practiced law in Oklahoma City for three years. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Oklahoma Bar, the United States Court of International Trade, the American and Pacific/Southwest Business Law Associations, and the Business Administration Latin American Studies.
