Biography
David Offenberg is a finance professor at Loyola Marymount University who maintains an interest in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, diversification, and agency costs. Prior to joining the faculty, Offenberg consulted for Channel Capital Management, LLC and was a 401(k) research analyst for Watson Wyatt and Co. He is a member of the American Finance Association, the Financial Managerment Association and runs the California Corporate Finance Conference.  He is also a recipient of the Krannert Award for Distinguished Teaching, the Ronald C. Lease Award for Doctoral Study, and the Robert W. Johnson Supplemental Award for Doctoral Study.
