Biography Patricia G. Martinez has been a management professor at Loyola Marymount University since 2005. Prior to joining the faculty, Martinez taught at the University of Texas at San Antonio and UC-Irvine. She also worked as an External Consultant and Training Specialist for Auto-By-Tel, a Program Manager for Los Angeles Team Mentoring, and a Senior Training Specialist at Transamerica Financial Services. She is currently serving on the Editorial Board of Management Research. Past associations include a Steering Committee Member of the PhD Project Annual Conference, faculty advisor for the PhD Project Management Doctoral Students Association, member of the planning committee for the LEAD Conference, NSHMBA, and advisor to the Latino Business Students Association at UC Irvine. Martinez has received several awards and fellowships, including the Spirit Circle Award, the President's Dissertation Fellowship (University of California), and the Riordan Program Fellowship from the Anderson Graduate School of Management (UCLA).
