Dr. Lindsey teaches strategic management and strategy for small business in Loyola Marymount University's MBA and undergraduate business programs. He is the Director of the Center for Executive Learning at LMU, an organization providing specialized management development and education for mid-level and senior managers in various industries, professional services and government settings. He has over twenty-five years experience as a "practicing manager" in several different industry settings with assignments in line and staff management, corporate strategic planning, market research, management consulting, and management education and training.
In a prior position, Dr. Lindsey served as Manager of Business Development for a major operating group of Hughes Aircraft Company ($750 million annual sales) where he facilitated the group's strategic planning process. He was also involved with the acquisition and integration of two large companies into current operations and with the formation of entrepreneurial subsidiaries. Prior to Hughes, Dr. Lindsey was a Senior Associate with Booz, Allen & Hamilton where he specialized in management of technology transfer to foreign countries. Before Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Dr. Lindsey served as an officer in the United States Navy.
