Prof. Caswell spenty thrity years in aerospace in the area of acquisition of new business. He is active in consulting, including work atSBDC's. He has been honored four times as the "Outstanding Staff Member" at El Camino College. He has also been honored for his work with training in the federal corrections program. He is the director of the El Camino College Business and Entrepreneruail Success Training Program (BEST).
