Eric Tong is co-founder of Seatopia, a direct to consumer subscription business offering the highest quality, most sustainable farm-raised seafood delivered directly to customers’ doorstep. The company works with artisan aquaculture farms who prioritize quality over quantity through low density aquaculture pens, algae-based feeds, and zero antibiotics resulting in the cleanest seafood with zero PPM mercury levels. Seatopia also delivers on a plastic-free experience by using only the most sustainable packaging. All of its seafood is vacuum-sealed in compostable bags made of coffee grounds and placed in a compostable thermal cooler to keep the seafood at desired temperatures.
Eric is also co-founder and general manager of Tech Armor, a leading manufacturer of mobile device accessories including Tech Armor Certified Cables, Wall and Car Chargers, Ballistic Glass Screen Protectors and the new Relax Series of next generation iPhone cases.
Previously Eric was general manager of Asia Pacific and vice president of product development for Belkin International. He holds an MBA from LMU and a B.A. in economics and business from University at Albany, SUNY.
